BIG, was cowardly turned in to a Staten Island shelter by her previous owner who just tied her to the outside while they weren't open. BIG, similar to Jooch were rare cases, perfectly healthy dogues but owners didn't want them anymore for one reason or the other. She was obviously a pet; well groomed, already spayed, fat as a house and her nails were kept short. She is happily a resident of the mountains of North Carolina with her new family Marilyn and Dennis Homer and their four legged companions Charlie and Smokie. Jennifer was nice enough to suggest to Marilyn the opportunity of adopting a rescued Bordeaux from our (DDBS) program.
