We brought Vago home 11/30/02. He was
fostered with Angelika and Slade, two great people! We were hoping that
he would'nt be too bummed out by having to leave yet another home.
Especially one that was filled with so much care and love. We gave him
big hugs and kisses all the way home, doted on him every waking
moment...this has'nt stopped yet! It's been about four months now, and
he's pretty well settled in. He goes to work with Dad every day, Mom
keeps him home on the weekends so they can play and run errands
together. He's made lots of friends, and everyone asks for him at Dad's
shop when he's with Mom. He loves people, and seems to have a special
affection for children. He gets wiggly and happy when meeting them. We
started basic obedience classes in Feb, and completed our 8 wks of
training, mostly to address his dog agression. He's a smart boy, really
laid back, still gets a bit "prickly" when meeting other dogs, but it's
getting easier to dissuade this behavior and he's getting pretty good
with it! He's happy, healthy, has his spurts of energy blasts, followed
by his favorite past-times:laying in his custom made bed or finding a
sunbeam to bask in. For all of us...Life is good!!! Thanks for bringing
